Under The Skin

“Skin” Brooch

“Skin” Brooch

Bronze, Resin, Silver – L 10 x W 9 x D 0,5 cm

Our body is a container of bones and muscles, but also of an intangible part, made of emotions and feelings. It guards an invisible universe that is always in motion. The “Skin” brooch celebrates our skin as the temple of the soul and invites us to recognize the power of the inner world that inhabits us, proposing a reflection on the uniqueness of human experience. From this perspective, the body itself emerges as the most precious of jewels, a living archive of vulnerabilities, transformations, and memories.

“Mouth” Collar Necklace

“Mouth” Collar Necklace

Bronze, Resin, Silver – L 10 x W 9 x D 0,5 cm

The work is inspired by the flows of magma that ceaselessly traverse the depths of the Earth. An invisible yet vital and transformative force that, under certain conditions, emerges to the surface, reshaping the landscape. In the same way, emotions flow through the body like subterranean currents in constant motion, accumulating energy and expressive possibilities. Anger, sadness, and joy do not define the individual, but rather testify to their complexity and to the human condition. The presence of a human mouth thus introduces the importance of a form through which to manifest oneself. The jewel, in fact, reflects on the need to recognize and embrace these inner forces that traverse human experience.

“Crater” Collar Necklace

“Crater” Collar Necklace

Bronze, Resin – Pendant L 10 x W 8 x D 0,5 cm

The work connects the human body and the volcanic landscape, recognizing them as places traversed by forces that are seemingly invisible yet constantly active. Just as the Earth’s surface conceals the energy generated in its depths, the skin preserves an inner dimension made of emotions, tensions, and fragilities. In the jewel, the crater thus becomes a metaphor for what inhabits us and finds possibilities of expression.

“Flow” Collar Necklace

“Flow” Collar Necklace

Bronze, Resin – Pendant L 11 x W 8 x D 0,5 cm

The “Flow” collar necklace reflects on the profound continuity between natural processes and human experience. The metal evokes earthly matter, while the resin becomes an image of an interior geography in constant transformation. Nature teaches us that nothing remains unchanged; every element is subject to movement, mutation, and renewal. From this perspective, the work invites a shift in focus from the need to explain or control to the value of feeling and being. Embracing what emerges, letting it flow without necessarily defining it, means recognizing transformation as an essential condition of existence.
